Eclipse Crown Bonus and Withdrawals: How Offers Affect Payouts

Every Eclipse Crown bonus changes what happens when you want to withdraw: while it is active, withdrawal waits; once wagering is complete, winnings are capped; and cancelling clears the way at any time. This page explains each offer from the payout side, so you can decide before claiming; the welcome package is worth up to €5,200 + 400 free spins over four deposits; terms apply, 18+.

Non-sticky: what it means for withdrawals

Your own deposit is played first. While a bonus is active, withdrawal waits until wagering is complete, but you can cancel the bonus at any time; the bonus and its winnings are removed and your own money becomes available to withdraw.

Wagering before withdrawal

Wagering counts on the bonus only. A €50 First Light bonus needs €2,250 of counting bets at x45; a €100 Totality Drop deposit brings a €150 bonus needing €4,500 at x30. Counting bets stay within €1 to €3 by offer, and each game category contributes at its own rate.

Caps on what can be withdrawn

When wagering completes, the bonus balance is capped at 2× the bonus for First Light, The Crown Path and Eclipse Weekend, and 1.5× for the other welcome steps. Anything above the cap is removed. A €50 First Light bonus can therefore become at most €100.

Free-spin winnings

Spin winnings need x35 and are capped at €200 per welcome step, €500 for The Crown Path, €200 for Dark Hours Spins and €100 to €200 for Eclipse Weekend by tier.

Cancelling to withdraw

If you would rather withdraw than continue wagering, cancel under Promo > My Bonuses. Bonus funds and their winnings are removed; your remaining own money can then be withdrawn to a method in your name.

What can void winnings

Bets above the ceiling, low-risk roulette patterns, held-back bonus rounds, duplicate accounts or false details. Checks before a payout can reveal any of these.

Cashback and payouts

Daily cashback of 5% to 20% by phase carries x3 wagering in Penumbra, x2 in Umbra and none from Totality, so from Totality it can be withdrawn without further play. See our withdrawal page, promo code page and responsible gambling page.

A bonus from claim to payout

A player deposits €60 with 2PHASE and receives a €72 bonus (120%) and spins in Bonanza Trillion and Lady Wolf Moon. Their own €60 is played first. The bonus then needs €2,880 of counting bets at x40, each at €2 or less, within 7 days. Suppose they complete wagering with a bonus balance of €130: the cap is 1.5× the bonus, €108, so €22 is removed and €108 becomes withdrawable. They request it to the e-wallet they deposited with; the Documents tab asks for proof of address, which they upload. The figures are calculations from the published terms; actual results are random.

Bonus rules that protect payouts

Keeping to the ceiling, avoiding low-risk roulette patterns and playing spins as they arrive are the three habits that keep bonus winnings withdrawable. If you are unsure whether something counts, ask live chat before playing it.

Rewards that reach your balance

Crown Rewards adds money in other ways too. Rank bonuses, from €250 on reaching Umbra to €1,000 on reaching The Eclipse, carry x30 down to x10 wagering and a cap of twice the bonus. Level-up spins carry their own wagering and caps, from €20 in Penumbra to €500 in The Eclipse. Each must be completed before its value becomes withdrawable, just like a deposit bonus.

One bonus at a time

Only one bonus can be active. While it runs, the next offer waits and withdrawal waits; when it is wagered, cancelled or expired, both become available again.
